NYSERB (New York Energy Resource Bureau) is operated by NEES League. This policy describes the information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding that information.

Information we collect

When you use our eligibility check, we collect the answers you provide about your home and the contact details you submit so a participating installer can reach you. We also collect technical data automatically: your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URL.

How we use information

We use submitted information to determine which incentive programs and installer offers you may qualify for, to share qualified inquiries with participating installers, and to improve the site. We do not sell your information.

Sharing

We share your contact information with NEES League and with installer partners NEES League selects to follow up on qualified inquiries. We share aggregated, non-identifying analytics with ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google) so we can measure ad performance.

Your choices

You may request access to or deletion of your information by emailing privacy@nyserb.com. You may opt out of marketing contact at any time.
